Payment is required at the time of booking. If you book a ticket and are found to be un-suitable all tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of departure. Damage or loss to any equipment will be charged. If clients do not cancel and simply do not show up, the booking will also be 100% charged. All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
