Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation, the following applies: •25% of the booking value will be charged for any reservation cancelled within 7 - 30 days of the expected date of arrival. •75% of the booking value will be charged for any accommodation cancelled within 7 days of expected arrival •100% of the booking value will be charged for no-shows.
Come and share our beautiful piece of paradise. The homestead features several impressive public rooms, such as a cosy wood-panelled library with large brick fireplace, The large drawing room with open fire, comfy couches, and window seat with sea views. The wood-panelled billiard room has a full size table and the conservatory has two sets of French doors opening onto a terrace overlooking croquet lawn. The grand entry hall is complete with chandeliers and staircase.
Our five spacious guest suites and bedrooms provide a welcome retreat and all enjoy magnificent views of the estate right out to sea or across the glade to the Chapel.
Only 5 minutes drive to golden sands of Porangahau Beach.
