The property has plenty of off-street parking including room for the boat. The boat-ramp is just minutes away, making for easy fishing or cruising on the Mercury Bay waters. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that opens into a comfortable lounge with ample seating and great flow to the outdoors. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing sandy swimmers, plus laundry facilities to keep things easy during your holiday. The fourth bedroom/bunk-room is a converted space in the garage. There is no internal access between the house and attached bunk-room - however, the door to the bunk-room is just one step from the front door. This space is ideal for older kids or teens, and has a couch and TV.
