Built in the Deco style for which Napier is famous and only a couple of minutes from the CBD this stunning recently renovated property boasts 30 VERY spacious rooms; 13 Studio rooms, 5x 1 Bedroom suites, 9x 2 Bedroom suites and 3 Accessible rooms make up the property. In addition to this we have a 3 bedroom house available for larger groups or families. Perfect for groups, families and individuals the recently renovated very large rooms contain flat screen TV's, DVD players, Ipod Docks, individual Air-conditioning, most with spa baths and cooking facilities, 9 with their own private courtyard and all with FREE WIFI. The property also has a swimming pool, children’s playground, FREE bikes with helmets, on site laundry, and BBQ area.
