We require a 25% deposit to secure your reservation. Cancellation up until 30 days of arrival will incur a 7% administration fee of the total booking price. Cancellation within 15 to 30 days of arrival date will result in a charge of the first night’s rate. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will result in a 100% forfeit of the total deposit.
