Payment: Full payment is required at the time of reservation. The Cottage is available as package deals only. Please refer to our website. Public Holidays: Check-ins are not possible on public holidays, requiring an extended stay. Facilities: The cottage has no kitchen, but a breakfast basket delivered to the cottage each morning is included. Damage: caused by guests to the cottage or its contents will be charged to your account. Children: The cottage is unsuitable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Impact: Cancellations affect us significantly. We strongly advise travel insurance for unforeseen changes. Policy: Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the reservation, including all associated fees, charges, and ancillary expenses.
