The following cancellation policy applies to all Private Discovery Tours bookings: In the event that we cancel a tour due to unforseen circumstances the deposit will be refunded. For tours cancelled by you more than 24 hours prior to departure time, there will be no additional cost. For tours cancelled by you within 24 hours prior to departure time, or in the case of a 'no show', Private Discovery Tours will charge the person concerned the full price as quoted.
