Guests wishing to stay must be over 25 to book. The person booking must stay at the house. Please supervise your children outdoors & on the stairs. No Parties / Hens or Bucks groups. There shall be no amplified sound played in the garden (Outdoor Living Area) between the hours of 8.00pm and 8.00am - per council rules No drones allowed. No smoking in the house.
We will refund 100% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival. 80% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival. 50% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 30 – 60 days prior to your arrival. There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival. * excluding any credit card fees Ask about our Covid cancellation policy.
