Cancellation Policy angle-down

Cancellation policy – Bookings can be cancelled with a full refund upon giving us at least 14 days’ written notice to stay@onthetracklodge.nz. If you give us between 4 and 14 days notice that you wish to cancel your booking, 50% of the booking price will be payable. Cancellations within 3 days of the arrival date will be charged the full booking price. For group bookings, please contact us to discuss the cancellation policy.

About

We offer a range of accommodation options; a Mongolian style yurt, comfortable chalets, and luxurious train carriages with en-suite bathroom. Included in your stay are all meals. We have wonderful home cooked meals so you don’t have to worry about carrying your own food in. Every night there are two scrumptious cooked dinner options available including fresh salads from our own organic garden. Relax and enjoy the bush and the seaside environment, soak in our hot-hub and relax in our comfortable lodge.
