Join expert and skipper Rachel onboard MV Sootychaser. Her custom built boat is designed for comfortably carrying passengers and bicycles on Otago Harbour. The vessel can take up to 20 people on each ferry crossing or up to 15 bikes and passengers at a time. You will receive an explosive commentary on the way, as you travel right through the middle of Dunedin's extinct volcano.
There is a lot to see along the way including shipwrecks, historic quarantine stations, boats, birds and much more, making this more of a mini harbour tour. Head across for a picnic, the pub or café. Cycle the Otago Harbour Loop or visit Quarantine Island.
Heated cabin, large windows, bathroom and an open deck. Rachel's experience is unrivalled on Otago Harbour.
