Cancellation Policy angle-down

Cancellation within 7 days of your tours and rides booking will result in a full refund. Cancellation within 48 hours of bike hires only will result in a full refund. Transportation of Bikes - Rental bikes can only be transported on suitable bike carriers. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at the point of pick up if the carrier does not meet our standards.

1 Night Getaway - Arrive at the hotel mid-morning ready to set off on your adventure over the Remutaka's. Upon completion in Greytown, picture finishing your adventure with a bite to eat and a drink on the spectacular decks and settling in for a relaxing night with breakfast delivered to your room and a late morning check-out.‍

2 Night Retreat - Feel free to arrive at your own pace anytime after 2pm. Explore everything Greytown has to offer with boutique stores and eateries. Breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning. Roll out at approx. 11am for the van and trailer to transport you to Kaitoke. After completion of the ride, enjoy another nights stay in the heart of Greytown and a late morning check-out.
