$95 cleaning fee.
20% deposit required to confirm your booking, remaining payment required not later than 21 days prior to arrival date. Credit cards accepted via PayPal with a 4% fee.
Earlier than 21 days prior to the date of commencement of the term, the deposit will be forfeited by the renter and the booking will be cancelled. Cancelation after 21 days prior to the date of commencement of the term but before 7 days prior to the date of commencement the owner will refund 50% of the rental amount paid, plus cleaning fee paid. Cancelation within 7 days of the date of commencement of the term, full rental amount paid will be forfeited. The cleaning fee will be refunded.
Riverside Apartment is an affordable, modern and open-plan apartment on the banks of the Waikato River, in a quiet yet central Taupo location.
With three bedrooms it sleeps up to eight all on one level. Kitchen and laundry facilities keep your holiday costs down - and with the magnificent view you probably won't want to leave to head into town anyway. If you do, it's a five minute stroll across the bridge into Taupo for cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. Two queen bedrooms (the master has a panoramic view of the river) and a bunk bedroom that sleeps four are completed by two bathrooms (each with shower). Free wifi and use of our kayaks is available to our guests. The onsite pool is heated from Oct to Mar. Secure, with double garaging.
