Customers must give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling their bookings or they will not receive a refund. Private or large groups I.e stag/hen do's, staff do's C & I groups of 12 or more people must give at least a 7 days notice when cancelling their bookings or they will not receive a refund. In the event that an activity is cancelled by The Playground due to weather (or other operational requirements) the ticket price will be refunded.

Find out moreRopes Challenge has 24 different components. Each component is set up to challenge participates in a different way. Some challenge their co-ordination or strength, while others will challenge their balance and depth perception. Many challenge the participate's belief in their confidence and own abilities. Our staff encourage the participants and slowly talk them through the components that they are struggling with, helping them achieve success.
