Child, Student or Concession Rate: $10.
Around 95% of sessions went ahead last season. In unsuitable weather, we’ll hold the class at a nearby indoor venue with ocean views wherever possible. If a session must be cancelled, you’ll receive a credit towards a future Jo Woolley Yoga class, online, in the studio or at the beach. Bookings can be changed up to 12 hours before the session through Punchpass.
Meet Jo opposite the Esplanade, overlooking St Clair Beach in Dunedin. Enjoy a walk along the sand as the sun rises, followed by a one-hour yoga practice. Take in the changing sky and natural surroundings in a steady, mindful practice, with time in each posture to focus on breath, build strength and balance, and move with ease. Slow down, enjoy the moment and start your day feeling grounded and restored. All levels welcome; no experience required. When possible, we partner with Oranga Saunas for an optional sauna and ocean dip. When: Selected Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the year. Dates and times vary with sunrise and tides. Check our website timetable. Bring: Yoga mat or towel, water, sun protection and warm layers.
