All charters are weather dependent. Although we catch fish on most charters there is no guarantee. We can accommodate no more than 8 persons onboard for any charter. Minimum of 4 persons to make the charter happen.
If cancelled due to weather conditions by the Owner of the Business any deposit or payment made would be fully refunded. Otherwise 3 days notice must be given before the day the charter is booked and your deposit or any payment will be refunded. If cancellation is less than 3 days then 20% of the total booking will not be refunded.
