PlayLab is ideal for ages 8 and above (5-7 year olds can partake with some adult assistance). Children under 14 must be actively supervised by a responsible adult while participating in PlayLab. There is a mix of more physical and less physical challenges. You can pick and choose what you would like to play, with options for solo and team activities. Groups of up to 30 welcome. Sessions are 1.5 hours long, closed toe footwear is essential and comfortable clothing to exercise in, no high heels.
