The Ride Guide may cancel inside 24 hours of your ride due to weather or trail conditions. If this happens you will get a full refund and the option to rebook. Up until 10 days prior to the trip customers may cancel the booking and receive a full refund less 3.75% for credit card and Paypal processing. Between 3 days and 10 days, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.
