Book the four-bedroom Manor, the entire estate or just the cosy garden cottage. Whatever your needs, we can accommodate you. Excellent farm meals cooked on site can also be provided. The 1200 hectare farm is spectacular and guests are welcome to explore rare and beautiful native bushland, take part in farm activities, indulge in excellent trout fishing or hunting. The family is committed to an environmentally sensitive approach and takes pride in its care of the land and sustainable practices.
Cancellations within 30 days of your stay will receive a 50% refund of the total booking price unless we receive another booking for those nights Cancellations within 7 days of your stay will be charged full tariff for each booked night.

Waitomo Boutique Lodge Farmstay is the home of the Miln family, who have cared for this large traditional working farm for three generations. The family's hospitality is famously generous and guests are welcome to participate in farm activities or make the most of the absolute comfort, quiet and relaxation of this wonderful estate.
Montrose is a working farm. Guests can enjoy a farm tour, walks & picnics by prior arrangement. The farm also has 120 hectares of original natural bush with good walking tracks – enjoy a day out & be back at the estate in time for dinner. There is also hunting available with guides available by arrangement.
