Adults-only accommodation. Maximum of 2 guests. No pets, parties or smoking. Mountain bike trails are available for guests to enjoy at their own risk, and a liability waiver must be completed before riding. E-bikes are welcome. If wet weather makes the trails unsuitable, we'll happily work with you to reschedule your stay, subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the dates. If severe weather affects access to the property or makes the mountain bike trails unsafe to ride, we'll happily work with you to reschedule your stay, subject to availability.
