All Tranquillity and Solar Tub Customers most be 18 or over and carry an acceptable form of ID. We can only accept NZ Drivers License, Passport or Kiwi Access Card. ID will be checked upon arrival if you look under 25. Due to the Tranquillity Pools being an R18 zone this area is not constantly supervised by lifeguards. Refunds will only be made if we receive notification of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the booking time displayed on the entry pass. If notification of a booking cancellation is received within 24 hours prior to the time of the booking time displayed on the entry pass, bookings may be rescheduled within 12 months of the original booking time, however no refunds will be given.
