At Horizon Tours, we are family first and foremost and know that despite the best intentions, things can happen. If you need to make a change to your booking, please contact us on info@horizontours.co.nz and we will accommodate your request when we can. Remember to include your booking number to expedite your request.
In purchasing a tour with Horizon Tours you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: A full refund will be paid if you cancel your trip at least a week in advance of your booking. Cancellations made within a week, and more than forty-eight (48) hours of your booking will receive a 50% refund of the tour cost. Cancellation requests received less than forty-eight (48) hours of the tour will not be refunded. Refunds will not be paid if you do not arrive at the pre-arranged meeting points

All of these tours can include a pick up from centrally located accommodation, or from outside our i-SITE in the Octagon. You will spend time travelling through the various suburbs of our city in one of our 12 seater mini vans with large viewing windows. See the world steepest street, the Railway station, some of our amazing street art, experience our heritage and culture, and really get a chance to see Dunedin City through the eyes of a local. We collect and drop off to all centrally located accommodation.
