International and New Zealand Students get $40 off, must show a valid Student ID.
Minimum 13 years old. Children 14 and under require an adult to sign consent at check-in and accompany them on their experience. Please wear appropriate covered footwear. UGG boots are not ideal for jumping, please do not wear these. Travel Time: Allow 3.5 hours. For summer, it is recommended to book at least 2 weeks ahead.
For bookings; Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance = 100% refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance is Non-refundable. You can change the date of your booking, at no cost, up to 48 hours in advance. Booking changes within 48 hours will incur a $50 change fee. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled book time your booking will be non-refundable. Please check your activity details carefully for your report time.
