Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice before midday of arrival date may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. "No Shows" will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. Christmas and New Year bookings, a deposit of 1 nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card in the first week of December. Followed by an email to confirm this transaction. The full cost of your accommodation will be charged and is to be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival.
