Newly renovated kitchen with new electric oven and gas top. Massive fridge and an extra one in the laundry area. Plenty of freezer space as well.

The delightful School Cottage is great for families and gets together. Not far from Little Colonsay Beach house and can easily pitch up a tent on the lawn. Fully fence too so wonderful for small children and animals. Beach is very close by.
Open-plan living gives a cozy atmosphere. The shower and toilets are in a separate block next to the School Cottage.

Access to the island is by boat or water taxi for the 50min trip. You can also arrive by mailboat from Picton twice a week on a Tuesday or a Friday. We have 3 distinctive kiwi bach style options.
Dreaming of having your own private beach? Little Colonsay Beach House is the place. All day sun even in winter. Self-contained sleeps 12 people. Gunyah built in 1945, is very cozy and private. Refurbished & retained its character has views that are out of the world & features a never-ending stream of boats and ferries. Night sky delight! Sleeps 13 people. School Cottage features open-plan living. Was the original school during the whaling days. Carefully renovated to retain its history. Very accessible to the beach. Exclusive use available.
