Please note that if your group is not staying at the Forest Camp, there is a fee of $2.30 per person/per day, for use of the camp facilities.

We offer affordable group rates and can accommodate up to 30 people at a time. Sessions can be fully customised to match your needs - contact us to plan your experience.

Cancellations made 1–2 days before the scheduled activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on the day of the activity will require full payment. Activity Hanmer reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative activity will be offered on the same day, or the schedule will be adjusted to reschedule the activity for a mutually agreed-upon date.
