Terms and Conditions apply to each agreement for Charter, and related services provided by MV Libertas Limited for Ata Rangi utilizing the Vessel and its on-board facilities and any offer made by MV Libertas Limited for Ata Rangi of a booking and acceptance of that offer is made strictly subject to these terms and conditions. All cancellations must be in writing by reply to acknowledged email to: raewyn.walters@cooperandcompany.org If a Booking is cancelled: Outside 90 days: No charge 90-60 days prior to arrival: 50% charge for the Charter cancelled. Within 60 days to arrival: Full charge for the Charter cancelled. In addition to the cancellation payments, you are liable for any costs, including cancellation costs, incurred in the arranging or provision of Additional Services in anticipation of the Charter.
