Baggage restrictions are in place for your safety and comfort. While we accept 4 passengers with light luggage (such as day packs), we can only accept 3 passengers if they carry a suitcase and hand luggage each. No excess luggage e.g. bikes. Some of our tours have different pricing and child discounts, please refer to the relevant tour description on our website. All transport and tours must be pre-booked and pre-paid unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellation from date of booking until 90 days prior to booked departure - 100% refund. Cancellation 59 to 14 days prior to booked departure: 90% of the paid fare will be refunded. Cancellation within 13 days and 48 hours prior to booked departure - 75% of the paid fare will be refunded. Cancellation within 48 hours and 24 hours prior to booked departure - 50% of the paid fare will be refunded. Cancellation within 24 hours prior to booked departure and no-show: no refund of fees.
