Extra guests in the houses are additional at certain times of the year. Port-a-cot and high chairs are available to hire.

With 11 Houses onsite and 5 offering accessible features for wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility, Flaxmill is ideal for extended family and friend group holidays. Function room onsite. Enjoy our peaceful environment and convenient location near the local highlights - a short walk plus passenger ferry to Whitianga, walking distance to Cooks Beach and a short drive to Hahei and the thermal hot springs at Hot Water Beach. Our friendly on-site managers are locals and can give you tips on how best to enjoy the area.
