Prices will vary according to the hunting package and accommodation selections.
Each client will be offered an individual contract.
The Client agrees that if they cancel their booking for the Services at least two (2) months prior to the proposed date they will pay a cancellation fee of 10% of the total fee contemplated by the Conditions If any Service booking is cancelled within two (2) months of the proposed date you will be charged (in full) at 100% of the balance. If the Client wishes to alter their proposed dates they must make a request to Glen Dene who may accept or decline such request.
