For our scheduled services, we have one standard fare (Allows 7kg baggage). Excess baggage can be purchased at $3 per kg and must be booked prior. Minimum 2 fares apply on Karamea and Nelson scheduled services. Pets and large items may be carried for additional fees provided we have space available. See our terms and conditions for details.
Up to 7 days before departure, refundable with a $50 per one-way fare refund fee. Up to 24 hours before departure, can be rescheduled or transferred to open booking for a fee of $50 per one-way fare. Less than 24 hours before departure no changes permitted, and the fare will be forfeited if passenger is a no-show. No charge to transfer to another person, provided weight and balance allows.
