Participation in mountain biking activities with Gravity Nelson involves inherent risks, including potential for physical injury, equipment failure, and unpredictable terrain or weather conditions. By joining our tours or using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We require all participants to follow safety instructions provided by our guides, coaches and drivers. Please assess your fitness level and disclose any medical conditions prior to participating.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled adventure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If the tour is canceled by Gravity Nelson due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date or full refund will be offered. Cancellations made by participants due to weather conditions are subject to our standard cancellation policy unless the tour has been officially canceled by Gravity Nelson.
Gravity Nelson is here to help you have a fantastic time riding the incredible trails of the Nelson region. The wide range of incredible riding in the region can often be confusing or overwhelming, as such we offer free riding & trail advice to make it easier for you to hit the right trails. We are happy to chat with you online, over the phone, or in person to point you in the right direction. We also offer high-end mountain bike rentals & have a full service workshop if your own bike needs a tweak. We sell riding supplies to keep you fueled on your ride. Our expert coaches, guides, and shuttles enable you to make the most of the riding in the region. We are Worksafe registered and authorised.
