Terms and conditions angle-down

Sailing trips are subject to minimum numbers, lake and weather conditions. We aim to make our sailing experience accessible to everyone who feels it may be right for them. If you have any health, mobility or other requirements that may affect your time on board, please let us know in advance so we can work with you to understand what may be possible. For everyone’s safety, the skipper retains final responsibility for determining whether participation can be safely accommodated.

Cancellation Policy angle-down

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will incur no fee. If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the weather or anything else out of your control) you will be entitled to a full refund. Failing to cancel will result in loss of 100% of the total booking price. People failing to show up for check in will not be refunded. In some situations, with advance notice and payment of a transfer fee and potential extra costs, the operator might be able to transfer you to another trip.
