We sail with guests who have never sailed before, some have never even been on a boat before. Each season of the year brings different conditions. Sometimes the sailing is easy, sometimes it rains, sometimes there is not enough wind for us to use the sails and we use our quiet eco-friendly electric engine. In the event, you have purchased a day tour and subsequently wish to cancel it, ExperienceKart may refund your booking at its sole discretion, in which event you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows: Up to 7 days prior to travel date; 100% of tour cost is refundable. 2 – 6 days prior to travel date; 50% of tour cost minus any fees charged by our tourism and hospitality partners is refundable. 24 hours or less; Your ticket is non-refundable.
