Our cancellation policy: More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund or free date change. 3–7 days before the tour: 50% refund or one free date change (if available). Less than 3 days before the tour or no-show: No refund. If you arrive late and miss the tour, we cannot offer a refund. If we must cancel due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen reasons, we’ll offer you a new date for your tour, or a full refund of what you’ve paid.
