All bookings are made with Wai Tours Ltd (us/we). By making a booking, the guest (you) is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking. The services to be provided are those in your booking confirmation invoice. No alterations or variations to these terms and conditions are in effect unless made in writing by and under the authority of Wai Tours Ltd. Smoking is not permitted inside our vehicles at any time. No alcohol on the bus.

Cancellation Policy angle-down

28+ days before departure – Full refund. 15 – 28 days before departure – cancellation fee equal to 60% of retail rate. 48 hours – 14 days until departure – cancellation fee equal to 25% of retail rate. Refunds are only payable inasmuch as the booking fees have been received by Wai Tours Ltd. No refund is provided for any unused portion of a tour, including the entire tour in the event a guest fails to meet at the designated start time - details on website Wai Tours.
