All rates are subject to change. Smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms or public areas within the villa. Small dogs are allowed but approval is required first. We reserve the right to limit the number of people. Unless previously communicated and agreed in writing, we operate a no-party policy. We also reserve the right to remove people from rooms if noise levels exceed acceptable levels. See other conditions on our website.
We adhere to strict cancellation policy and strongly advise that travel insurance be taken out in case of unforeseen circumstances. If cancellation is due to Covid-19, we may give a 100% credit to be used up to 12 months from check-in date.
Mountainview Villa is a six-bedroom whole-villa lodge in the hills above Blenheim, in Marlborough wine country - Wither Hills behind, Richmond Ranges across the valley.
