During May-November rates do not include public and school holidays, rates will be quoted at time of enquiry and are dependant on time of year and number of people. Easter, Labour and Queens Birthday Weekend rates are at $395/ngt (6 people) + $40/ngt per extra person - bookings for 4 nights or more include the cleaning fee. Rates for any major events quoted at time of enquiry - see conditions on website.
