Security Bond - $1000 per booking plus a one off booking management fee of $250
For bookings made more than 60-days in advance of your stay, the Client shall pay a deposit of 50% of the Total Rental Amount. The remaining balance is due 60-days before the rental period. If booking within 60-days of the rental date, the entire contract price shall be paid. Visa and MasterCard credit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge; a 5% fee applies to AMEX transactions. Payments made by international wire transfer will incur a $NZ25.00 bank fee per payment.
Villas, holiday homes and apartments are not commercial entities like hotels. Properties offered by Release Wanaka must be booked far in advance and are not easily re-rented. We strongly recommend Clients take out Travel Insurance to protect against cancellation charges, medical expenses or certain other unforeseen circumstances, which preclude the client from travelling.
A modern & stylish 4 bedroom holiday home with beautiful, luxurious interiors. Located in an elevated position, maximising the views of Lake Wanaka & the impressive Southern Alps. The elegant & welcoming open plan living area, with double sided fire, is a great space to relax & watch the sunset over the mountains. The balcony at the front of the property leads off the living room & provides an outdoor entertaining area. There is an outdoor fire located on a spacious deck, in between the living space & the bedrooms, & also a hot tub to unwind after an active day exploring the region. The 4 guest bedrooms are beautifully designed & furnished providing a perfect setting for a good nights rest. Minimum 4 nights stay.
