NEW YEAR BOOKINGS (Dec 30th – Jan 7th) & Auckland Anniversary Weekend (Jan 26th – 29th, One Love Festival) - No under 24 year old's unless accompanied by a parent. No group bookings. No check-ins/check-outs on Christmas or New Years Day.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. No prepayment is needed.

We are able to offer great rates by offering comfortable compact rooms and large living, dining, kitchen, sundeck and BBQ area for the enjoyment of all guests.
Relax in our spacious guest lounge area on one of our comfortable Laz-e-boy chairs and sofas or our sun terrace. Enjoy a meal in our bright and airy dining room prepared in our large fully equipped kitchen, even a dishwasher.
All our rooms are heated with comfortable bedding, fluffy white towels and free in-room Ultrafast Fibre WiFi.
