South Island Wonders is a two-week journey through some of New Zealand’s most awe-inspiring southern landscapes - from alpine peaks to coastal charm, and everything in between. Starting in Queenstown, we go on to visit Te Anau - the gateway to Milford and Doubtful Sounds. Onto Naseby and Dunedin, with its stunning inland Maniototo region and its beautiful Otago Peninsula. Ōamaru follows with its quirky art scene, heritage buildings, and resident penguins. The mountains call next, with two nights under the shadow of Aoraki / Mt Cook, perfect for glacier walks, stargazing, or simply soaking up the alpine beauty. We end this leg of the journey in Wānaka, a lakeside gem surrounded by snow-capped peaks and a relaxed, welcoming vibe.
