Spa Pool - A one-off charge of NZ$200 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted, heated, and ready for your arrival. Cleaning fee applicable as per website.
Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Sun Peaks Villa does not allow children under 5 years old without Owner’s approval. 25% deposit due to confirm booking. Seasonal rates and minimum stays apply. Please enquire with your dates for a quote. Rates are inclusive of GST (15% NZ tax).
Unexpected events can impact your travel plans; we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Cancellations that occur within 42 days of arrival will incur the total accommodation cost. Cancellations 43 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded 95% of the accommodation cost. Credit card fees are non-refundable. Changes or alterations to bookings can be made at least 43 days prior to arrival subject to availability.
Enjoy the magnificent and peaceful setting of this villa, while still being only a short drive away from many attractions and conveniences. The airport, Frankton shops and restaurants are a ten-minute drive, and central Queenstown is 20 minutes away. The Remarkables Ski Field access road is just 3 minutes down the road. Hiking, biking, golfing, tennis & fishing are all at your doorstep in Jack's Point. The local Clubhouse is just a short stroll away. Sun Peaks Villa features great outdoor living with a spa pool, outdoor fireplace, BBQ, dining table and lounge furniture. Beautifully styled interiors with open plan living, plus a separate media room with TV, books and games. Free WIFI, Sky TV (cable channels) and Netflix on 2 TV's.
