Complimentary champagne upon arrival. Minimum 6 night booking from Dec 15 to Jan 15. Minimum 3 night bookings over New Zealand Public Holiday weekends. Minimum 2 night booking at all other times.
The Ara Roa cancellation policy is that where cancellations are received up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations received within the 30 day period will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days will result in full payment unless the facility is re-booked.
