cleaning and service fees
The Lookout will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay. All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 1.5 hours will be included in your booking. Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required. No party or venue use. No Smoking. Small house-trained pets may be permitted by written request - Please enquire.
For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival, an 80% refund of the total booking value is available (the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable). For cancellations made 21 days ~ 16 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made 15 days ~ 8 days prior to arrival, a 25% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a refund is not available.

The Lookout offers a convenient yet private retreat that is ideal for travelling professionals or couples & the location is perfect with its views, easy walk to Nelson's CBD & handy proximity to some great local bars & cafe-restaurants.
