2.5% Credit Card Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Payments can be made by: Direct debit. EFTPOS. Alipay. All major credit cards except American Express. A 2.5% transaction fee may be charged when payments are made by credit card. All prices are in NZD and are GST inclusive. All tours are trade ready, please contact us for rates.

The following cancellation charges apply: Within 8-14 days of tour: 30% forfeit of booking price. Within 4-7 days of tour: 50% forfeit of booking price. Within 3 days of tour: no refund. You can transfer to your departure time 7 days prior to booked departure date providing space is available.
