$385 Cleaning fee
Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival. A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival. This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

There are two bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen bed and another with two single beds, along with the main bathroom. Downstairs, a separate studio with its own cosy living area and kitchenette offers a peaceful retreat. Step out onto the private balcony with your morning coffee and breathe in the ocean air.
