Peak season pricing.
All reservations must be secured by credit card details or a deposit, unless by prior arrangement. Your credit card will be charged as per our cancellation policy. Alternatively, you may wish to pay by cash or EFTPOS on the day. No deposit or prepayment will be charged from the credit card details supplied unless requested. Additional discounts or rebates will be applied to special offers or discounted rates at our discretion.
All bookings are subject to weather and track conditions. If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your trek, please notify us as soon as possible. We will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost if you have given at least 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule. This includes group bookings, you will be charged in full for the total number of people at the time of booking. If one guest is unable to ride on the day and we have not been notified, no refund will be given.
The Mackenzie Country's Lake Tekapo contains some of New Zealand's most picturesque and natural scenery. Teal blue lake water and chiselled mountains are amongst Mackenzie's jewels.
