Biosecurity - check footwear and gear are clean. No food or smoking. Age - 9 years and older. Children 9 - 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Fitness - A moderate level of fitness is required to complete the 3km walk that includes steep terrain, big steps, uneven surfaces and a wading through ocean.
