Cleaning fee of $490 per stay. Refundable Security bond of $1000 per booking
Guests must be 22 years or older to book and must also stay at the house. Spa pool & outdoor areas not to be used after 10pm and before 7am. No parties or hens/bucks groups Parking for 1 vehicle onsite
We will refund 100% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival. 80% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival. 50% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled 30 - 60 days prior to your arrival. There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival. * excluding any credit card fees
