For groups over 8 some price advantage can be gained by booking a private charter.
Abel Tasman Charters manages the hazards of boating at sea. You must follow the instructions of the crew and parents must ensure your minors do the same. Whilst we take every care to protect your electronic equipment you use it in the marine environment at your own risk. Please advise your skipper if you have any physical or medical conditions that may affect your enjoyment of our trip.
If we cancel your trip for any reason including mechanical problems or unsafe sea conditions, we will give you a full refund or rebook you for another day, if space is available, at no extra cost. If you cancel a prepaid fare up to 16 hours before sailing we will refund your fare less 25 % or change the booking to another day, if space is available, at no extra cost. If you cancel within 16 hours of departure a $200 per person cancellation fee applies. No show – no refund.
Join our 6 hour Best Abel Tasman Day-trip ( 10am - 4pm) on one of our comfortable catamarans for an unhurried day cruising the coast of the Abel Tasman National Park. You choose whether to kayak the lagoons, hike the iconic bush tracks, swim, snorkel or simply stay on board and enjoy the sights and surrounds of New Zealand’s most enchanting National Park. We provide a delicious platter style lunch, refreshments, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, towels and sunscreen so you only have to think about enjoying yourself. Our trips are limited to 11 passengers with your skipper as your guide to the wildlife, flora and history of this unique coast. Suitable for a wide range of ages and fitness levels.
