If guests wish to use both rooms, the nightly rate applies to each room occupied. One night stays are available for an additional surcharge.
Check in is from 3-6pm and check out by 10am. Damage Policy - our guests accept responsibility for damage & breakages caused by them. Repairs or replacement will be charged to the guests via credit card. Privacy policy - we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and under no circumstances will the details of guests be shared. Property policy includes no smoking, no sharing or illegal downloading of copyrighted materials, CCTV operates. T&Cs on website - mandatory agreement.
On booking 100% payment is required. Cancellation within 21 days of arrival date - 100% forfeit of the booking and cancellation within 22-30 days of arrival date - 50% forfeit of the booking. We recommend travel insurance as issues with weather, ferries and roads affecting the stay are not covered.
Our bed and breakfast provides a place to relax, chill out & recharge and have a home away from home for a few days in a quiet rural setting. It can be a base for exploring Kāpiti Island experience with departures by boat a 15 minute drive to the departure point. Enjoy the 40km of beaches on the Kāpiti Coast with many artists and galleries. A great opportunity awaits to sample the wide variety of eating out options from quality cafes to upmarket restaurants. We are a 1 hour trip on the rail network into Wellington city. Our B&B can be used as a stopover either to/from the Cook Strait ferry. We are members of the Bed & Breakfast Association of New Zealand & this means we are quality assessed & meet the standards set by this association.
